El Salvador Single Origin medium roast coffee roasted at Superior Coffee. I had this at the Superior Cafe as a to-order pour over. The coffee starts out with a full bodied bready flavor and the light and fruity notes follow. A well made and freshly roasted coffee that accents the flavor of the beans without masking their flavor and origin.
